Your Mother might have told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, well I know my mother did! And even if I don't like to admit it, she was right -.-
To be able to study, work and have a good mood over all through out the day, a healthy breakfast is really important!
Since breakfast is the first meal you eat everyday is breakfast you need to make sure that you get enough proteins, carbs and vitamins to make it trough the day. So this is my little trick I'd like to share with you:
Sometimes it can be hard to eat in the mornings, especially on weekdays. Therefor I like to just eat I toast in the morning, which is NOT good! In stead I started eating yogurt with fruit and cereal before school! It's a yummy and healthy way to kickstart you day. I also like to bring an apple to the first class and eat it during the lecture.
The weekends however is an amazing opportunity to go a little bit wild and crazy while preparing you breakfast. I like to cook beans, toast, vegetables and maybe even a fruit salad! It might sound like a lot of food and some of you might think "I don't want to gain weight" But actually, eating a healthy breakfast helps you to NOT gain weight since it helps improve your metabolism.
